and Parents

As a parent of an athlete, we are asking for you to fulfill concession stand and/or gate volunteer hours. It takes a lot to run these games. If your schedule does not allow for that volunteering, we ask for a $50 sports fee for each sport/season.

Fall Sports

Girls Volleyball | 5th – 8th Grades

Volleyball practices were Monday and Thursday for students in grades 5th-8th. Girls practice right after school until 5:00 pm.

Boys Soccer | 5th – 8th Grades

Soccer practices were Monday and Thursday from 4:00- 5:30 pm at Episcopal Church of the Redeemer (7110 N MO-9, Kansas City, MO 64152).

Cross Country | 5th – 8th Grades

Practices were Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Physicals and annual requirement forms are due before the first practice – for every sport.

Winter Sports

Boys & Girls Basketball | 5th – 8th Grades

Basketball practices were each Monday and Thursday for students in grades 5th-8th. Girls practice from 3-5pm & Boys practice from 5:15-7:15pm. Practices are held in the MLA gym.

Boys & Girls Running Club | 5th – 8th Grades

Running Club met on Tuesdays and Fridays, right after school until 4pm. Running Club is for 4th – 8th graders. They utilize the MLA parking lot and Gloria Dei’s lawn when weather allows; otherwise, they meet in the MLA gym.

Physicals and annual requirement forms are due before the first practice.

Spring Sports

Boys & Girls Track/Cross Country | 5th – 8th Grades

Track starts Thursday, February 19th!

Track practices will be each Monday and Thursday, right after school (until 4:30 before Spring Break & 5:00 pm after Spring Break). Practices are held in the MLA gym, or parking lot.
